“I don’t have time”
Hello there everyone! If you have come to this post because you saw my recent instagram post, then you rock for 1) following my instagram and 2) actually following my instructions at the end of the post and being interested in what I have to say. If you don’t follow my instagram then click me 🙂 to check out my recent post that goes with this and to hit that follow button. So now that you are all here lets get into my topic for this post!
As you saw in my instagram post I briefly talked about how people use the “I don’t have time” excuse when it comes to exercising and their health. This is my least favorite excuse and I’m just as guilty as everyone when it comes to using it. The thing is, if it is something that truly matters to you, you will find time to make it happen. That is how I decided to live my 2019, no more excuses. I decided 2019 I will make time for that I want to do, and if I don’t want to do something I will say so.
With that being said, your health and wellness should be a very big priority in your life. So stop making excuses for not working out or for always eating out, and just set 30 minutes aside every day to do something that improves your health. If you can do this everyday for a week then carve out some more time, and eventually this will become so much a part of your life that it won’t feel like an effort to set time aside for a quick workout or a little meal prep.
The takeways from this are: 1) You will always find time for the things that matter most to you, 2) You only get one body and one chance at life, so take good care of what you have and make this life your best life.
